Our clients are at the heart of our aims and philosophy, we take pride in providing quality, safe and sustainable care.

Our professional Personal Assistants are all trained meeting national minimum standards, completing the Care Certificate as part of their induction. Once completing their probationary period all Personal Assistants are assigned Care Ambassador roles. PA HOMECARE LTD have a rolling ‘Training Diary’ in place ensuring our Professional Personal Assistants are supported and receive effective training to meet our clients care needs. Our Personal Assistants receive personalised supervisions, work based assessments, and we conduct regular spot checks ensuring the quality of care being provided to our clients. PA HOMECARE LTD follow the Code of Conduct for Healthcare, Support Workers and Adult Social Care Workers in England providing reassurance that we are providing safe & compassionate care.

We provide bespoke packages of care, each client has a comprehensive personalised care plan detailing “My Care”. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office, complying with the Data Protection Act 1998.

PA HOMECARE LTD has an all inclusive insurance policy in place for Public & Employers Liability up to £10,000,000.

We have robust safeguarding Policies & Procedures in place, as part of our mandatory training programme all personnel receive safeguarding training which is regularly reviewed. Our Safeguarding and Dignity lead is Michaela Middleton, Managing Director who is responsible for the provision of care provided by PA HOMECARE LTD.

Our professional duty of candour, means we are open and honest in the event things go wrong with clients care, and importantly we will provide a personal apology and ensure that lessons are learned.
